Shipping Rates and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $6.99
- Standard Shipping (orders over $65): Free
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in arranging it as quickly as possible.
Shipping/Delivery Time: Once the shipping label is generated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This confirms that your order has been shipped.
How do I get free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $65.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and all holidays) for processing before your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Sometimes this may take longer for special reasons, so please understand.
Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are limited to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
Check your email – Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with an order tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order in real time.
Log in to your account – View order information in your account and get the latest order status updates.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with order tracking information. Please note that delivery time will be calculated from the time the order is shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
Why is an item missing from my order?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. To ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible, we may ship from different locations. If an item is missing, it may be shipped in a separate package. Please check the tracking number for each package.

My logistics information shows that it has been shipped, but I haven't received it?
There are several reasons why your tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you haven't received your package yet.
- Carrier handover: Some packages need to go through multiple carriers.
- In rare cases, the package may be delivered up to 48 hours before arrival, depending on the carrier.
- Look for notifications of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for the package. Some carriers may hide the package to avoid theft.
- Photo evidence: If available, your tracking information may include photos of where the package was left.
