Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, please follow our return guidelines:
- All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, and unworn. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to items during the care process, such as cleaning, washing, or wear and tear.
- Please note that shoes may take some time to break in. We are not responsible for any discomfort that occurs during this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and will return items to you at your expense if they are worn or do not meet the above standards.
The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Special sale items are not returnable and all sales are final.
- We allow for size or color exchanges if the same style is available.
- All accessories are final.
- Custom or special order items are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us at care@zalovea.com within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Please keep the original box and packaging materials to prevent damage.
We will email you with return information so you can return the item. If possible, we will send a replacement after we receive the item - provided the item has not been worn or washed and all tags are attached.
Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Does not participate in email sign-up promotions.
- Promotional codes cannot be used after the order has been processed.
